Cruise Mystery Files is operated by PodOps Media Inc. d/b/a MyPodOps. You can use this page to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we hold about you.
Deleting your account and app data
To delete your Cruise Mystery Files account and the app data associated with it, use the dedicated page: Delete my data. It explains exactly what is removed and what may need to be retained.
How we verify a request
To protect your information, we may need to verify that the email address or reservation involved belongs to you before completing a request. We will ask only for information reasonably necessary to verify the request. We will not ask for your card number, passport, driving licence or date of birth to verify a privacy request.
What we may need to keep
Some information cannot always be deleted immediately. We may retain records where reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, or other legal obligations. If we retain information after a deletion request, we will limit its use to the reason it must be retained.
