- Is the $25 refundable?
- Yes. It is a real charge rather than a hold, it is credited in full toward the price of the case, and it is refundable until your kit ships. If we cannot confirm compatibility for your sailing we refund it automatically, without you asking.
- What if the ship changes a venue or the itinerary changes?
- No part of the case depends on reaching a particular room. Where a space is suggested there is always an alternative. If your sailing itself is cancelled or moved, contact us and we will move or refund the reservation.
- Can children play?
